How to claim a property
To claim a property that belongs to you or your client, please follow these steps:
Sign up for a free account on Troja using your real name and email address.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“Claim property on Troja – [full address of the property]”
In the email, include:
- The link to the Troja listing you want to claim
- Your full name, phone number, driving license/ID
- Whether you are the owner or an authorised agent
- Proof of ownership or authority, for example a contract, agency agreement, official ownership document, or an email from an official company domain confirming the relationship
Our team will review your request and may get in touch if we need more details. Once verified, we will assign the listing to your Troja account.
What happens after you claim
Once the property is verified and transferred to your Troja account, you will be able to:
- Keep the listing live so that interested buyers or tenants can contact you directly
- Edit and update the photos, description and price
- Or remove the listing completely from Troja if you do not want it to appear on the marketplace
You are in full control once ownership of the listing on Troja is confirmed.
